Quality
The high quality of our products is our
first priority. All Lifetrons® products are
designed and manufactured under strict quality assurance
systems and reliability tests that include ESD, high/low
temperature operation, storage, drop resistance, thermal
shock, vibration, life-test as well as endurance and corrosion
tests. All products are ROHS compliant and environmental
friendly. The
followings are the examples:

Quality & Reliability Testing For the Lifetrons Multiple Power
System
a)
Life Test:
All plug/jacks are designed to pass a life test with a minimum
requirement of both pushing and pulling all plugs and jacks
for 5000 cycles without any failures.
b)
High & Low Temperature Operation Test:
Lifetrons Multiple Power System is designed to pass through a
high temperature operation test operating at
+45 degree C with 70% Relative Humidity
and a low temperature operation reliability test
at -20 degree C with 0% Relative Humidity for a full charging
and discharging cycles without failure.
c)
High & Low Temperature Storage Test:
Lifetrons Multiple Power System is designed to pass through a
high temperature and low temperature storage test by storing
at a temperature of +66 degree C in a 90% Relative
Humidity environment for 168 hours and then
-40 degree C at 0% Relative Humidity storage test for
24 hours. This ensures the Multiple Power System
functions well even if executives or travellers take along our
chargers to extremely cold or hot places.
d)
Corrosion Test / Salt Fog Test:
The products are designed to pass through a corrosion test by
being exposed to a humid, salt-containing
atmosphere (a 5% salt fog), at a temperature of 35 Degree C
with a relative humidity of 95% for 8 hours. The test is
intended to assess and ensure a high corrosive resistance of
Lifetrons products to prevent the corrosion of insulating
materials and metals and gain assurance that the product will
function in a real world environment while travelling.

Quality & Reliability Testing For Lifetrons Ultra-Slim 5mm
Metallic Mouse
(a)
Button Life Test - All buttons
of the Lifetrons Ultra-Slim Mouse have passed through an
Automatic Click Testing, a simulation of clicking the buttons
for up to 2 millions times without any failures to ensure high
reliability and durability for the mouse for at least 3 years.
In
addition, all sub-contractors of Lifetrons® products are
ISO9001 certified, ensuring the highest quality of standards
throughout the manufacturing processes.
ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION & ROHS COMPLIANCE
All
relevant Lifetrons products comply with the European Union's
ban on lead and other hazardous substances.
